Read books/comics/manga, watch cartoons with english subtitles (they have simpler language than films and actors don't mumble as much). Reddit, maybe.

This is practice
I've been working at the international company for three years now. We have a lot of foreigners working here so you just have to speak English daily as it's the main communication language inside the company. Luckily most of colleagues are not native speakers also and you don't need to know rarely used words at all, strong intermediate is enough for daily usage. It's not that hard to learn it when everyone around is speaking English all the time and you don't have another option.

I'm going to visit UK this summer, but I'm afraid of my speech. I can imitate british accent while watching series or Youtube but when I'm trying to speak with foreigners in voice chat (in game), my accent is turning to VeRy RuSsIaN aCcEnT, and I always forget half of the vocabulary in panic.

There is literally nothing wrong with foreign accents. Russian language is pretty homogeneous but English has a lot of regional accents and different accents don't scare them as us. And since English is an international language they got used to foreigners spoiling it anyway.

Why should you imitate british accent, if your aren't british? Why do you think the germans, or the italians aren't shy of their accent when they speak English? Just because they don't consider themselves worse than others. Russian is very beautiful language and russian culture isn't worse than other cultures. So we shouldn't be shy of our accent, first of all, because accent is a normal phenomenon and then because we must finally have at least some pride.
