Hello.
Today i just order the items and have a double payment from my credit card. First payment end with error but money is get away. Second payment end without any errors. I have one item per order, but two payments from my card (see attachments). I use coupon from ali and from seller. As you see i can't use am twice because coupon is only one-off. That proves that the problem is from your side. Besides i call to bank support they say that this pay in "hold amounts", and if the seller (aliexpress) is want to get this money - they get, if not - the payment is refund after 10(!) days automatically.
I ask you to speed up the refund process, because if you refund money in same day then will be automatically and immediately refunded to my card.
The payment is not small and i am loyal client for long time. Hope for you understanding and best regards
